Disappointed …oil change.: showed them a coupon that was sent to me . Couldn’t use coupon said it was the wrong kind of oil for my vehicle . Misleading ad . Why did they send me this? Drove 30 plus mile to do maintenance there . Have closer options . Don’t waste my time and gas .

What an amazing experience I had working with Brett Wells. He made this purchase incredibly smooth from start to finish. Got my truck towed in for service Damian took it on and got it fixed in and out and took care of it while it was there no issues or complaints with this place looking forward to do future business with them.
Been to alot of dealerships in the Houston TX area. Martin was the only dealership that had what the wife and I were looking for. The team at Martin treated us like family from the start, never felt like a statistic for a sale. All questions answered before any deal was made. Gave top dollar for our trade. Salesman and financial adviser were great. As usual, here are the 2 tricks they pulled.
1. Added 799.00 dealer options at the end that is supposedly added to all new cars sold.
2. I didn’t get the 5000.00 off the sales price, I only got 4000.00 off because I didn’t trade a vehicle in on the deal. (Neither of these options were ever discussed by the salesman and they thought I would miss it on the total price sheet.) 1799.00 higher than their internet price said and never was told until I caught it. I had a situation where my vehicle’s check engine light came on, and I was honestly pretty stressed about it. I took it to Hyundai, and they were trying to charge me over $1,000 to fix the issue. Thankfully, David, the manager, really stepped in and took care of everything.

My poor truck has had the pleasure of being repaired by Martin Collision Center 3 times. I have never had an issue. They provide great repairs and the same customer service.
My car broke down on 59. I had called a local tow service but they were unavailable for over an hour. I called and spoke to David and he and Edgar came and got my car, brought it back to the dealership, and had it fixed in no time. Best service I’ve experienced!
The only reason they are getting 3 stars is because sure Shawna in the service dept is amazing. The lack of communication is concerning to me. It took 6.5 hours one day and another 2 hours the next day to change a sensor out on a tire. I wasted an entire day just sitting and waiting. They need to get a better system when it comes to the service department. Also they don’t let each other know of customers are waiting in the waiting area. If you don’t speak up they will let you sit there for HOURS!
